The space
Managed Offices / Private offices / This centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment that now provides a high quality office building with possibly South Manchester’s largest floor plate. The centre offers some unique facilities which include an onsite restaurant, a range of meeting spaces for up to 100 people, sports hall, bowling green and our unique 9 hole golf course.The 3rd floor suite of just over 10,000sqft has been fully refurbished and the high specification includes a raised floor, full height double glazed windows and BMS centrally monitored air conditioning. Onsite parking is available at a minimum of 1:250 with further licence spaces available.This centre has four well sized lifts and main staircase whilst disabled access and toilet facilities are also provided. Visitors enter the modern reception area where they are greeted by our building manager. The onsite security team monitor the property out of hours.
The location
This prominent building is located in Cheadle Hulme, South Manchester. Junction 2 of the M60 is approximately two miles away (5 minutes drive time) providing access to the national motorway network. Stockport town centre, Manchester City Centre, Manchester Airport and Stockport train station, with lines to London Euston, are all within a 10 minute drive. There are also excellent bus services and local train stations, such as Cheadle Hulme and Gatley. For visitors to your centre, there is a Village Hotel within easy reach.
