Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

Previously a local music venue, the space has been converted into a quiet, functional workspace suited to freelancers. It includes a small room with six desks and an open area featuring a bar counter for informal discussions or collaborative work. Large front-facing windows provide natural light, and an exposed brick wall adds visual interest. Although live music is no longer allowed, features like the small stage and ambient lighting remain. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, multiple charging points, a toilet, a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, and dishwasher. Tea, coffee and fruit are complimentary. Regular users also receive one free concert ticket each month for themselves and a friend, courtesy of realsounds.uk.

The location
