Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
We are a family run business managing 2 buildings offering a wide range of office sizes. We provide a comprehensive all-inclusive package that allows you to get on with running your business while we support your office. Our reception is manned Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 to handle your calls when busy, all mail, deliveries and greet visitors. We also have a fully AV equipped meeting room which can hold up to 10 people. Business rates and utility bills all included in the rent.
