Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

The large windows provide a tremendous amount of natural light during all months. Everyone working here wants to create a brand that is special and bold. The centre also has a beautiful cantina inside that offers healthy, tasty and varied meals every day for lunch. The office is unique, with a New York loft-style interior, oversized windows, tons of light and open spaces. The centre offers personal desks in an open environment, creating a clear sense of teamwork. Everything comes fully furnished with height-adjustable tables, chairs and multiple cosy meeting rooms with screens, whiteboards and lounge areas. The space even has its tattoo studio. With the space, clients get access to the communal kitchen where you can enjoy snacks, pastries, refreshments, fresh coffee and more. In addition, the centre has daily breakfast fruit baskets deliveries and loves to order cakes and donuts to make work even sweeter.
