Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The work center and its facilities
This center is a community workspace with private offices and conference rooms. Private offices are available, including a co-working area and noise-cancelling phone booths. Members at the center are granted their mailbox in the mailroom and can book the podcast booth for free. Conference rooms, event space, and our podcast booth are also available to non-members at an alternate rate. During business hours, community managers are stationed at the front desk for assistance and security. Community Managers are also in charge of providing many amenities, including freshly brewed coffee, planning community events, keeping beverages stocked, plus so much more.
