This center is at Art's District's building is a refurbished factory, enhancing the neo-modern vibe of the workspace. Brick and retired factory components complement the modern interior design. The center is a community workspace with private offices and conference rooms. Private offices are available, including a co-working area and noise-cancelling phone booths. Members at space are granted their mailbox in the mailroom and can book the podcast booth for free. Conference rooms, event space, and the podcast booth are also available to non-members at an alternate rate. During business hours, community managers are stationed at the front desk for assistance and security. Community Managers are also in charge of providing many amenities, including freshly brewed coffee, planning community events, keeping beverages stocked, plus so much more.
