Desks in a shared workspace, also known as a coworking space
The work center and its facilities
A community workspace alternative to your home office or local coffee shop.
Now more than ever, remote workers are craving the community and social interaction offered by coworking spaces.
As remote work becomes the new standard, many professionals are facing a common challenge: isolation. While working from home offers flexibility, it often lacks the sense of community and collaboration that traditional office spaces provide.
At Work-Collective, we offer more than just a desk or office—we offer a place to belong. Our coworking space is designed to help you reconnect with peers, stay inspired, and elevate your productivity. It’s a space where comfort meets professionalism, creating the perfect environment to work, collaborate, and grow.
Since opening in January 2020, Work-Collective has been dedicated to building a inclusive and dynamic community in Bend, Oregon. Our vision is simple: to create a comfortable, professional space where everyone can feel at home, be inspired, and truly love where they work.

The location
Work-Collective Midway features 7,000 square feet thoughtfully designed for individuals and small teams. The space includes 9 private offices, 10 dedicated desks, and flexible work areas, along with indoor and outdoor spaces for work and community events. Members enjoy a full suite of amenities mirroring those at Work-Collective’s established Northwest Crossing location.
With three buildings planned for the Midway Campus, the development is envisioned as a hub for local businesses inspired by Bend’s outdoor culture and entrepreneurial energy. It will also be home to the second location of Redmond-based Junction Roastery.
