Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The work center and its facilities
The Boardroom, the building, and the surrounding area have been under redevelopment for the past three years with more improvements to come. A new 30-unit high-end condo project is being built adjacent to the building bringing residents to the neighborhood and giving an on-site housing option to the members. A new road was put into the building with new lighting, sidewalks, and landscaping. And at 49th State Brewing is actively brewing, canning, and distributing from a brand-new state-of-the-art brewery.
