Internet, air conditioning, a large wall mounted TV, copy machine, printer, shredder, air cleaner, outlets, usb power and land line phone are provided for use and fridge, microwave, water, coffee, snacks and cold drinks also provided. 907 400sf space can be used as another work space or as a gallery or creative studio such as Photo/Video studio/Light lab, pop-up shops, classes and other activities. 907 space is equipped with white/green back drops, 7 (5 inside 2 outside) speaker audio system/karoke, projector, ac, led light system controlled by provided ipad. Light table, Ring lights, fog machine, ice box, podium, black out/translucent white curtain for privacy/light control are also provided. Rear Patio and Parking lot is equipped with BBQ, Fire pit and patio lights The desk is shared and not dedicated
