FlexOffice Wemperhardt: new, furnished offices in the very north of Luxembourg, 50 metres from the Belgian border, with a shared kitchen and lounge and a meeting room. How FlexOffice works 1. Visit: free and without obligation, by appointment. 2. Plan: you choose coworking by the day, the Flex plan or your own office. 3. Contract: office services agreement and payment of the rental guarantee. 4. Keys: key handover and immediate move-in. Furniture, internet and parking are ready. Plans and prices (17% Luxembourg VAT shown separately) - Coworking, 1 day: flexible workspace, no contract. EUR 39.00 net, EUR 45.63 incl. VAT. - Coworking, 10-day card: 10 days, used as you like, no commitment. EUR 300.00 net, EUR 351.00 incl. VAT. - Flex plan, per month: an office on our premises on up to 10 days a month, company seat possible. EUR 250.00 net, EUR 292.50 incl. VAT. - Private office, lockable, per month: your own furnished room for exclusive use, company seat possible. EUR 600.00 net, EUR 702.00 incl. VAT. Included in the price: furnished workspace, fast fibre internet, weekly cleaning, all utilities (water, electricity, heating), kitchen and lounge with coffee, meeting room, a parking space in the car park, mail reception. There are no additional service charges. Start small, grow later: begin with the Flex plan, up to 10 days a month in an office for EUR 250.00 net. You can switch from the Flex plan to your own lockable office at any time. Your business address: with the Flex plan or a private office you can register your company with us and use 8a, Op der Haart, L-9999 Wemperhardt as your business address and registered office. Your name goes on the letterbox and we accept your mail. Day coworking and the 10-day card do not include this. The Flex plan day to day: normal hours 07:00 to 18:00; morning 07-12, afternoon 13-18 or the full day. You reserve each visit in advance on your personal booking page, without a password and with confirmation by e-mail. Free cancellation until 18:00 the day before. Invoicing and payment: the rental guarantee is due when the contract is signed; the contract takes effect when the guarantee is received. Invoices are sent on the 20th of each month for the following month and are payable by the 25th, before the month begins. Day coworking: no contract and no guarantee, payment per day or with the 10-day card. En français : coworking 39 EUR par jour, carte 10 jours 300 EUR, formule Flex 250 EUR par mois (un bureau jusqu'à 10 jours par mois, siège social possible), bureau privé fermant à clé 600 EUR par mois.
