1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have had previous roles within the industry, but most recently worked for play.com as a Sales Manager. My role at Instant involves managing one of our European teams, as well as helping clients to find their next office.
I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2010 with a Masters degree in Business Management. My passion outside of work is football, and I am chairman of a club in West London, UK: Pitshanger Dynamo. I have an 18-month old daughter, Matilda, who is currently being put through her paces every Saturday with a football at her feet.
2. What is your role at Instant? What does that entail?
As well as managing a number of the larger office requirements that we receive – helping these businesses find their next office – my aim is to keep my seven team members motivated to provide the best service, which contributes to our monthly targets.

I enjoy the fast-paced environment at Instant. It’s a growing business with an ambitious board who are strive to bring the best out of everyone who works here. The atmosphere is competitive but incredibly friendly.

Clients never forget to ask about price! It’s the most commonly asked question when discussing property. The majority of clients are budget-driven as a priority, and want us to find the best price in their desired location.
5. What do you love about the city you work in?
London is home to me. I grew up in West London and love the city. It is a vibrant place to work and easy to travel within.
6. What are the main trends you have seen in the industry since you joined Instant?
Over many years working within the flexible office industry, I have seen serviced offices becoming an ever more popular option due to the flexibility of contracts on offer. It’s an ideal solution for start-ups as they have the ability to expand and grow within the business centres in our portfolio, but also ideal for much larger and established organisations who see the benefits of running an agile property portfolio
