1. Tell us a little bit about yourself
I joined Instant about three years ago to work in the London office. I studied history at university, and worked in Health and Safety prior to this role. I’m married and a huge football fan. In my spare time I play the guitar and work on renovating the house I recently bought.
2. What is your role at Instant? What does that entail?
I am a Senior Customer Development Consultant, which means working with clients to meet their future office needs. If clients have new requirements, then I figure out which of our solutions will best fit their needs and provide all of the details so that they can make the most informed decision with my help.
3. Why do you enjoy working for Instant?
We are innovators in this market, and I enjoy being part of something so progressive. I also really enjoy being able to shape my role to respond to the business and market direction. In terms of company culture, everybody has a sense of humour – we know how to work and we know how to party.

6. What would you say to people looking to rent office space in the areas you cover?
I listen to their requirements so that I can ensure I make the best recommendations possible. I also have a large team of colleagues who have expertise in different solutions and locations, so I can always bring in further help when necessary. We really aim to make the process of finding the next office simple, so clients should be able to enjoy the process!
