Demand for Flexible Workspace is Up 86% in Latin America

Businesses across the region are considering their return-to-work strategies and exploring which solution would best suit their business and employee needs. This is driving high interest in flex space as traditional space occupiers are now questioning their strategy, placing more importance on rightsizing and subsequently looking at flexible offices as a viable alternative solution.

Increased interest from corporate occupiers from industries such as consulting, technology and financial services is also fueling the increased demand for flexible workspace within Latin America.

This report focuses on Mexico City, Lima, Bogota and Buenos Aires, which are collectively expected to see an increase of 86% in demand for flexible office space by the end of 2021.
