She says: “The line between who you are in your personal time and your work persona can become blurred if you do not consider how personal social media posts might reflect on anyone conducting research on you during the recruitment process.
“People often forget that their profiles are out there for the world to see and that an employer or a recruiter can easily look you up on social media with just one click. Remember that while social media is great for sharing yourself with the world, it is also a way of building your personal brand.”
