Learning Technologies 2014
29-30 January, London
The 15th Learning Technologies conference is scheduled to take place from the 29th to the 30th of January 2014 at the Olympia in London, UK. Described as Europe’s most prolific showcase of technology-supported workplace learning, this conference focuses on facilitating new workplace skills amongst employees and employers alike. The Learning Technologies conference boasts over 140 free seminars, 230 exhibitors and a wide range of speakers.
Workplace Futures 2014
11 February, London
The Workplace Futures Conference 2014 will take place on Tuesday the 11th of February 2014 at The Crystal in London, UK. The theme for 2014 is “Making Innovation Work”, and discussions will cover things like how to measure innovation, how to identify it, and how to generate new, business-changing ideas. A number of business leaders from the field of facilities management will also be sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Great Place to Work
3-4 April, New Orleans
The annual Great Place to Work conference will focus on connecting workers from a range of different industries, with the aim of strengthening workplace culture. There will be a number of presentations, panel discussions and networking sessions with business leaders. Attendees are sure to leave with plenty of inspiring ideas and expert advice.
Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Conference
7-8 May, Singapore
The 2014 Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Conference has the theme of “Integrating Safety and Health: Towards a Holistic Approach”. Topics that will be covered include enlightened leadership, symbiotic partnerships, best workplace safety practices and encouraging workforce motivation. There will be a number of speakers sharing their expertise and thoughts regarding employee engagement, satisfaction and productivity, as well as workplace health and safety practices.
Annual Global Workspace Association Conference
10-13 September, Florida
The Global Workspace Association’s 28th Annual Educational Conference will take place in Boca Raton, Florida. The conference is geared towards all those who own or operate business centres, serviced office and/or co-working facilities. In addition, those who provide industry services are also invited to showcase their wares, such as telecoms and software companies. Attendees gain valuable information regarding practical issues that they encounter in their industry – everything from lease negotiations to managing human resources.
IFMA’s World Workplace Conference & Expo 2014
17-19 September, New Orleans
The International Facility Management Association will be hosting their annual World Workplace Conference and Expo geared towards those involved in facilities management. The conference will include showcases of products and services related to the office and facilities industry. There will also be discussions that address concerns and issues relevant to facilities managers and their profession.
