Serviced offices / Private offices / A low cost furnished serviced office in a Georgian listed building in the centre of Winchester with minimum outlay and no long term contract. The Fee includes Rent, Water Rates, Heating, Lighting, Premises Insurance, Cleaning, Staffed Reception, Kitchen & WC Facilities, Incoming Mail, Franking Post (which has an additional 10% handling fee), Maintenance, Furniture if required (desks, pedestals, filing cabinets & chairs) and Carpet.Our staff are your staff. Additional services available include phone answering and diverting, typing, photocopying and facsimile. In-house licensees have 24 hours access into the building. Most offices are easily connected to the existing broadband service through Wi-Fi the cost of which is £10 per month. Cabled connections are also available but there may be a connection fee should extra cabling be necessary.
