The ground and 2nd floors are currently bespoke, managed private offices. The UG floor is 808 square feet, the 2nd floor is 809 square feet and is available on 12- or 24-month agreements. Each floor can comfortably house 16 staff plus breakout space and kitchen area. In addition, the 2nd floor has a separate meeting room space. The ground floor is also available for meeting room or event space hire with the latest video-conferencing and display panel technology and a 12-seater boardroom table.
