This tower offers an incredible scenography created by Stéphanie d’Heygere. Inspired by office interiors from the 1980s and 90s, the creator designed a productive environment for those seeking a typical place to work and network. The office occupies three brand-new floors and provides a lot of amenities like CCTV, 24-hour access, central heating, mail handling facility, training rooms, and air conditioning. Above all is a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the city of Rubens and stunning backdrops for after-work gatherings in springtime. The varied and complementary profiles of the members will give new opportunities for collaboration and growth. The coworking spaces offer flexible solutions that adapt to the changing needs: private offices for greater discretion, shared spaces to energize the teams, and meeting rooms to stimulate the exchange of ideas.
