Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

You'll find everything you need to establish an instant office, with the flexibility of staying only as long as you like. Our space is clean, convenient and nicely appointed. Assuming you need a physical location, we have a wide range of office sizes (90 SF to 450 SF) and price plans. Residential offices start at $595 monthly with a 12-month agreement.

In addition to physical offices, we offer several virtual plans that can be customized to meet your business requirement. Our most basic plan offers a prestigious business address and mail forwarding for a cost of $75 monthly. A full Virtual Office plan provides a phone number, answered in your firm's name, a prestigious mailing address, mail forwarding, 16 hours of conference room/visitor’s office time, and business center privileges all for $295 monthly. Conference rooms are, also, available by reservation as needed at $45 per hour.
