Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Each floor has an identical layout, with all glass offices, situated in different areas of each floor, with all walls and configurations malleable to fit the size of your team. All tenants have access to 5 conference rooms and many phone booths across the building. Conference rooms are bookable with credits that tenants are given (and replenished) monthly // Phone Booths are first come first serve. All Tenants have access to the 5500 sqft rooftop, 2200 sqft outdoor courtyard, and 5200 sqft Cellar (lounge area).
