Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The work center and its facilities

The Snowdon Block building has a great historic and industrial feel. Across the street there's Dandy Brewing and attached to the Snowdon Block building is the Heritage Coffee Roasters. Our office is the first door when you walk into the Snowdon Block. There's a 182 sf and a 200 sf individual office spaces for lease. Theses are acompanied by a shared boardroom, shared meeting room, shared kitchen and shared printer. There's also a shared bathroom on the first floor just outside our main office door.
