Technical Writer & QA Tester
Joining our Digital Team, we are looking for a multi-disciplined IT professional who will have extensive experience both as a methodology based technical writer and QA tester. You will also need an understanding of ASP.net, and Microsoft SQL sever.
As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for technically documenting our legacy and new systems. Also, as a QA tester you will be integrally involved with the testing of new developments to our systems, both in our development and live environments.
You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills ,able to confidently communicate ideas and information to people with different levels of understanding across the entire business globally and with people outside of Instant.

We’re hiring on the Managed Team in London! We are looking for a leader of the Client Services team. This person will be a senior strategist who has a depth of experience in the FM and Fit-out industry. The Head of Client Services will be responsible for new project delivery and for growing profitable revenues from new and existing contracts working with our supply chain partners to provide our clients with a high quality service driven occupier experience.
The Managed Office Team has doubled the number of offices it manages in the last 12 months and it expects to add another 5 offices in the next 6 months. The Head of Client Services will be in charge of driving the team forward and implementing the strategy and processes necessary for the team to deliver and manage the projected site growth over the next 3 years this encompasses both fit out and ongoing FM functions. Instant are looking for a motivated, capable and dynamic person to join our team, providing support to an integral part of the business.
You will be joining our Finance team supporting the day to day running of the purchase and general ledger. Dealing with a variety of requirements from invoice processing, supplier queries, credit card management and expenses.
This is a brand new role and an exciting opportunity for someone with an enthusiasm and passion for enjoying what they do, working with others and providing great support to join a diverse, entrepreneurial and fast growing business. We are looking for someone to join our marketing team in London to expand and manage our programme of affiliates and brand partners. The right person will have 3 years or more of online experience, with at least 1-2 years proven success of growth through affiliate/partnership marketing.
