All offices include high-quality desks, seating, personal and general storage. Each suite is individually alarmed and offers locally controlled heating and cooling by eco-friendly air conditioning. Ample low cost parking adjoining the building. Larger suites include provision for wall mounted TVs. Generous and well appointed kitchen and toilet facilities are available, and reception is manned from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with free telephone answering service and mail handling and 24/7 access.There are also start up office space 'The Pods' perfect for business start ups, low cost and networking opportunities. 24/7 access.
The location
Melksham is a small market town (population 23,000) in Western Wiltshire on the banks of the Bristol Avon. Its position 10 miles south of junction 17 of the M4 on the A350 provides an excellent centre to explore nearby Lacock and Avebury and the attractive towns of Devizes, Bradford on Avon and the City of Bath. There are excellent recreational facilities within the town including a gym, swimming pool and sports centre. A large range of clubs and societies cater for most tastes and range from Line Dancing to the Historical Association and everything in between. There is a good pub atmosphere in the town with many offering live music and other events. The town still retains its old nucleus of houses grouped around the beautiful parish church just away from the busy shopping centre.
