The space
Housed in an architecturally-designed converted warehouse in the heart of Richmond, this office space is ideal for small to medium businesses. Available to tenants are generous desk space, access to state of the art meeting and boardrooms and the option to hold events. There are two adjoining board rooms, an eight and a twelve-person boardroom which can be opened up into a space for 24 people. Both rooms include a screen, whiteboard, butcher paper and come fully (fresh) air-conditioned. Also, 24/7 office access, printing facilities, shower, changing rooms and bike racks are available. Our onsite Cafe BlackGold is offering corporate catering into these rooms, or bring coffees breakfast and lunch right to your desk. The event space can cater for 100 standing or 70 seated and includes a high-tech projector, microphone and surround sound. Members join free yoga classes and weekly Friday after-work drinks.
