Tim Rodber

Tim Rodber


Tim joined The Instant Group in 2013 to spearhead our growth as a dynamic and innovative property solutions provider. Previously he spent 10 years at global outsourcing firm Williams Lea, most recently as CEO of the Americas business; he was also personally responsible for relationships with several key FTSE 100 and S&P 500 clients. Prior to Williams Lea, Tim held the role of Managing Director at London-based marketing and communications company, Rodber Thorneycroft Ltd, which Williams Lea acquired in 2003.

Tim launched his career as an Army officer, and then as a successful international rugby player. Playing for Northampton Saints, he appeared 44 times for England, twice for the British and Irish Lions, and was a Rugby World Sevens Cup Winner. He is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University.

John Duckworth

John Duckworth

Managing Director UK & EMEA

A highly experienced real estate executive, John spent 18 years at JLL where he was a member of the UK Board and, amongst other responsibilities, ran their Corporate Services business.

He has worked across the EMEA market in a number of roles, starting with the Tenant Representation team in Paris and latterly becoming Managing Director for JLL Central & Eastern Europe, based in Warsaw.

A proven business leader, his main focus at Instant is growing and developing the business in the UK and EMEA.

Will Duncan

General Legal Counsel & Corporate Development Director

With over 17 years’ experience of company and commercial law, Will joined The Instant Group’s executive team to help drive innovation and deliver some of our more complex transactions in order to support both our clients’ and the company’s business goals.

Will studied Law at Exeter University and began his career at international city law firm Bird & Bird LLP, gaining seven years’ experience in corporate and commercial legal matters. He then spent ten years as General Counsel for Williams Lea, with responsibility for delivering numerous major, complex deals which contributed significantly to the commercial direction of the business.

Lyndsay Hardwick

Lyndsay leads our Client Services team and is responsible for growing the range of services we can offer our clients, while also guaranteeing best-in-class operational practices. For our clients, Lyndsay's approach to delivering excellence drives value and service delivery.

Lyndsay is an engaging and experienced business leader who brings over 17 years' experience from the Williams Lea Group, a global business process outsourcing company. At Williams Lea, Lyndsay held a number of key strategic and operational positions, all of which played an instrumental role in the growth and globalisation of the business.

James Booth

James Booth


James is focused on delivering added value to our clients, and brings Best-in-class financial controls to The Instant Group.

Previously James was at the Choice Care Group, a private equity-owned business that successfully recapitalised at the end of 2013. His earlier career included a posts at PWC, and eight years with Phoenix Equity Partners, where he worked with a wide range of companies on their strategic, financial and operational effectiveness.

John Williams

Head of Marketing

Bringing extensive experience in the commercial property market, John joined The Instant Group in 2015 to spearhead our marketing team and support the rapid growth of the business both on and offline.

John previously worked for Knight Frank where he held the role of Head of PR and Social Media for three years. Prior to Knight Frank he worked for numerous property clients whilst working for agency MHP Communications, including Land Securities, Brookfield, Bovis, National House Building Council, and L&Q.

Michelle Bodick

Michelle Bodick

Managing Director, Sales and Marketing (Americas)

Michelle brings a wealth of marketing and business development experience to The Instant Group. She is responsible for supporting the growth of our business in the US and developing and maximising new opportunities.

Prior to The Instant Group, Michelle worked for 8 years in various marketing leadership roles at Williams Lea, a global BPO provider. Most recently she held the role of Head of Global Marketing for Williams Lea and Tag Worldwide, which was acquired by Williams Lea in 2012. Before working at Williams Lea, Michelle spent over 10 years at Gartner Inc, 8 years in Global Account Management roles and 2 years heading up the Gartner consulting SMB sales channel.

Lucy Watts

Senior Director - Strategic Projects

Lucy is responsible for key strategic projects across The Instant Group. With over 12 years’ experience and a wealth of industry knowledge, Lucy previously headed up the broking division working with both SMEs and large corporates to help them locate and acquire office space worldwide.

She has built long standing relationships with many of our key operator partners across the globe, to ensure we have the knowledge and market expertise to deliver valuable solutions for our clients.

With a proven track record in managing teams, Lucy is adept at getting the best out of people. She has contributed to the significant growth of not just the serviced office procurement team - which includes regional market specialists around the world - but also the business as a whole, which has witnessed an annual growth of 23% for the past four years.


Sean Lynch

Managing Director (Asia-Pacific)

Sean Lynch is Instant’s first Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific region having joined from Datacom in 2015.

He brings nearly 20 years’ experience, predominantly in the outsourced services sector in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes nearly five years as Operations Director, Asia Pacific for global business process outsourcing firm Williams Lea, where he led delivery and implementation of services for clients across the region.

More recently, Sean has held client leadership roles in New Zealand, where he worked for regional technology firms Fronde and Datacom.

Matt Dawson

Matt has been working with The Instant Group since 2014 to expand our team’s expertise and continue to grow the range of solutions we offer our clients. Matt brings with him considerable business experience and a large network of multi-national contacts.

Before his work with The Instant Group, Matt spent four years at global food and facilities provider Sodexo, developing their staff engagement programmes and working as a Health Ambassador, a role which he continues.

Matt’s early career was spent as a successful international rugby player, playing for the Northampton Saints and London Wasps between 1991 and 2006. Since retiring from Rugby, Matt has forged a successful career in television and media which continues to play an important role in his life with commitments including Question of Sport, Radio 5 Live and BT Sport.

Lee has worked with a number of global FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies and has a strong track record in delivering workspace solutions on time, to scale and budget. In his time at The Instant Group, he has also supported the development of our partnerships with real estate firms including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, enabling us to provide clients with valuable data and insight across global markets.

Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having held various senior management roles in the property, hotel and leisure sectors across Europe and North America, including key positions at Regus and the Alternative Hotel Group.

Paul Bolden

Senior Director

Since joining The Instant Group in 2005, Paul has successfully delivered numerous bespoke workspace solutions to large corporates and government bodies throughout the UK, making a tangible improvement to their business.

Prior to The Instant Group, Paul held a number of senior positions at Regus. He was responsible for developing some of Regus' biggest corporate accounts, securing a number of sizeable, longer-term deals for their serviced office portfolio and converting Regus’ public sector business into their largest source of revenue in the UK.

Gavin has over 13 years’ experience of the serviced, managed and conventional property markets and has worked on some of The Instant Group’s largest projects to date. With particular expertise in the transport, infrastructure and energy sectors, Gavin specialises in developing solutions for clients that redefine the way in which they view and approach the procurement, financing & delivery of property – delivering best in class solutions aligned to their needs.
