Forbes recently published an article<\/a> detailing some of the best workplace luxuries offered to employees. From company massage therapists, to webcam-monitored childcare and on-site bars, laundry services and doctors’ rooms, companies are certainly becoming creative when it comes to keeping their workers happy.<\/p>\n

Indeed, these employee perks can end up benefitting the company as a whole. By making the personal lives of their employees easier, via house cleaning services and childcare, for example, workers are more likely to be focused and productive at the office. Other luxuries, such as on-site catering, pool tables and swimming pools, can in turn encourage employees to spend longer hours at the office. Finally, workplace perks can encourage an office environment whereby employees look forward to coming to work and enjoy spending time there.<\/p>\n

Pool tables, on-site hair salons, three free gourmet meals per day and company-subsidised massages are all additional bonuses enjoyed by the search engine\u2019s employees.
