1. Tell us a little bit about yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m based at The Instant Group\u2019s London HQ in Southwark. Before working for Instant Offices I worked for an estate agent, predominantly dealing with the Central London lettings market in Chelsea. Working in the high-end residential property market provided me with a unique insight into London\u2019s property economy, and prompted my move into commercial real estate with The Instant Group.<\/p>\n

2. What is your role at Instant Offices? What does that entail?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am an Account Manager, which means that I deal with office requirements in London and the South East region of the UK. We help businesses find the perfect option to suit their company and the industry in which they work.<\/p>\n

3. Why do you enjoy working for Instant Offices?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I enjoy working in a fast paced environment, which is full of energy. It\u2019s great to work in an industry that is currently experiencing rapid growth. It\u2019s also interesting to see how the providers and owners of workspaces are delivering new and exciting ideas for business environments. I can\u2019t wait to see where it goes!<\/p>\n

4. What are the most commonly asked questions in your line of work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Can I see it today? What is the internet speed? Most people understand the need to get their office space sorted quickly and efficiently. Competition for office space in London and the South East is high and the people who act quickly get the best deals.<\/p>\n

5.What do you love about the city you work in?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s something for everyone in London. Culture, history, art, bars and leisure. It really does feel like the capital of the world!<\/p>\n

6.What are the main trends you have seen in the industry since you joined Instant Offices?<\/strong><\/p>\n

More and more co-working and innovative office spaces are opening up, and more established providers of office space are leaning towards that format too. I\u2019m also interested to see that many established office providers are also beginning to open up business centres further out of London \u2013 into the Home Counties and Kent \u2013 which is pushing up prices around London too. Perhaps this reflects a changing desire from tenants to not be commuting such big distances every day?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
