This means you can use four leave days to get nine days off (Saturday the 31<sup>st <\/sup>of December to Sunday the 8<sup>th<\/sup> of January). It\u2019s a great way to ease into the start of a new working year feeling well-rested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#99ba14\"><strong>April\/May<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#99ba14\"><strong><em>Get up to 16 days of holiday for eight leave days<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Between the long Easter weekend and the May bank holiday, there are plenty of opportunities to maximise your time off this spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Use four leave days between the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> and 6<sup>th<\/sup> to get 10 days off<\/li><li>Wait until after Easter. You can still use just four leave days between the 11<sup>th<\/sup> and 14<sup>th<\/sup> to get 10 days off, from Good Friday on the 7<sup>th<\/sup> of April to the 16<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to take a family trip, this is the ideal time of year to combine the weeks before and after the Easter weekend. You could use eight leave days and take a total of 16 days off to travel. (Start your holiday on Saturday the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of April and enjoy time off all the way through to Sunday the 16<sup>th<\/sup>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer to wait a little longer for your break, the end of April and the beginning of May will also give you a chance to maximise your leave. The Spring Bank Holiday on Monday the 29<sup>th<\/sup> of May means you can take four days of leave and get nine days off (Saturday the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of May to Sunday the 4<sup>th<\/sup> of June).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#99ba14\"><strong>August\/September<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#99ba14\"><strong><em>Nine leave days could get you 16 days of holiday<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make the most of the Bank Holiday coming up on Monday the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of August.
