We are now seeing a sharp rise in demand for flexible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instantoffices.com\/en\/how-we-can-help-you\/guides-and-reports\/commercial-property\" target=\"_blank\">commercial office space<\/a> in smaller regional markets compared to city centres.
