Lee Casbolt, Director, Head of Global Accounts
With many years’ board experience, Lee has brought a wealth of expertise to Instant. His primary objective is to grow and develop the corporate and agent business for the company. Managing experienced key account teams in the UK & US, Lee is responsible for Instant’s strategic sales direction, bringing in a corporate approach to partnering our client base in identifying, procuring and managing the right flexible property solution globally.
The last 15 years have been spent successfully leading large multi-channel sales teams, marketing and client servicing departments in the property, hotel and leisure sectors across Europe and North America.
Having joined Regus ahead of their initial public offering in 1997 he enjoyed considerable success as one of Regus’ top global fee earners before taking on various Director positions and gaining a track record of delivering sustainable profit growth. Lee was part of the senior team responsible for driving international expansion and rolling-out commercial agency partnerships across the Regus Group. He was also instrumental in cultivating strategies to improve sales performance from the corporate and UK public sector.
Lee joined Instant from Alternative Hotel Group (AHG) in 2009. As Group Sales & Marketing Director for AHG, he was responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy across the entire £500m portfolio. AHG is the UK’s largest hospitality and training venue company and is the owner of well known brands such as the De Vere Group.
A long suffering Sheffield United supporter, Lee is also a keen rugby fan and can regularly be spotted competing in the industry triathlons.
