On the managed side of our business, we frequently employ agents & brokers to help us find the right property for our client. We then take a lease direct from the landlord and provide an all-inclusive contract with our client.
In addition, we can often pay agents & brokers a fee for successful introductions of either retained or non-retained clients. If you have a client that needs an office of 10,000 sq ft + for 1 to 5 years you should consider our managed office.
