&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Global lead volume.&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In Q1 we received over 14,000 enquiries globally and, with your help, we managed to convert those leads into over 1,500 successful deals. The UK remains our strongest market, accounting for more than 650 of those deals - up nearly 13% on Q1 2011, when we closed just over 550 deals. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;EMEA, Asia Pac and the US are all experiencing growth, with more leads and more deals than at the same time last year. &lt;p&gt;At the beginning of May, Instant’s US Corporate Solutions team exhibited at the Global CoreNet Summit in San Diego. Attending the event were thousands of Fortune 500 company real estate professionals, CRE agents and RE partners, with the aim of networking and finding out about current trends in the world of corporate real estate.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

The Instant team went with the intention of raising awareness of the executive suite market and its growth over recent years, and the role that Instant can play in advising businesses on the flexible element of their property portfolio.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

In conversations with attendees at the show, the team discovered that corporate occupiers now view executive suites as an essential part of their portfolio, with the flexibility they offer being vital for businesses in this fluid economy. In previous years, occupiers would have considered executive suites for teams of 8 or fewer; now this threshold has risen to 30 people, meaning that the demand for flexible offices is higher than ever.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

The team from Instant were able to forge a number of new relationships and introduce the Corporate Solutions services to many US companies with live requirements. They are looking forward to working with the US operators to expand this sector of the market across the states.

But we don’t just give Golden Tickets to our fans. What makes Cathy special is her great communication skills, for example Monica says, &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;“Cathy and I have closed numerous deals together and she is great at letting me know when clients have expanded.”&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Monica goes on to say, &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;“she works hard to get the deal done and will go above and beyond if needed. She is the perfect example of a Golden Ticket winner!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;

When Cathy received the award she explained why Corporate Office Centers’ relationship with Instant is so successful ,saying,&amp;nbsp;

We’ve been dealing with Tom a lot recently, as Ventia have just opened two new sites in Covent Garden and Cannon Street. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tom is in charge of the Covent Garden centre and says, &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;“after less than&amp;nbsp;two months of being open we are already well over 50% full, thanks in part to deals placed with Instant.
