This unique business centre contains 70 small business units, offering a wide range of unit designs suitable for office, workshop or studio use. This centre is managed by a full time on-site team. All units are available to let on a rolling two-week licence. That means when you rent a unit, you stay as long as you like but only have to give a minimum of two weeks notice. The licence is a simple two page document, with no solicitors fees and no hidden extras. You choose your unit, and as long as your business is suitable (i.e. it fits in with other businesses in a business centre environment, so no car trades for example), you pay a deposit of 5 weeks rent, then one month in advance, and you can move in immediately. The only extras are digital phones and broadband and metered electricity, all at discounted rates. If you need furniture, then the staff can arrange supply, but all our units are let unfurnished, as we find most licensees prefer it this way. There is also a 1605 sq ft open-plan office with an integral meeting room that is available on a more conventional 3 to 5 year lease.
