Ideal for 2/3 people but too big for me as sole practitioner

The offices were a good size for one, just right for two, but not big enough for three, although I was told the rent was for a 2-3 person office rather than 1-2. I liked the office and the set up. It is a prime location and very handy for trains/buses, which it has to be as parking is not ideal. At the time of my viewing some of the other offices were empty, but I still had the feeling of a very pleasant atmosphere.
