It is not often we complain, but we noticed our offices were not cleaned properly out of hours. We mentioned this to the centre team and within 5 minutes two of them were in our offices vacuuming and cleaning the office. We did not expect this, but it shows how much they listen and care. Needless to say, we have a new cleaner now.
