The location wasn't the best for me, but it's still right in the heart of town, close to Goodge St, the outside was easy to miss, but once inside it was well designed and presented, the rooms were a good size and well maintained, break-out room / kitchens a massive yes and a good number of meeting rooms, nicely laid out.
