Office summary
This freshly modernised, period-feature-laden Grade II Listed office building is one of the few timber-framed buildings in the City that predates the Great Fire of 1666. Inside you will be greeted by a small marble-floored and timber-walled reception, complete with customary sofas, with the office accommodation located above with access by passenger lift or staircase. There are a variety of former bedrooms, still wood-panelled and with feature fireplaces that are suitable for up to six workstations. Some can be let together to offer self-contained suites of offices. There is also a more traditional open-plan floorplate that can offer self-contained suites for up to 20.
