Located in this busy and friendly working environment with multipurpose facilities are offices available for immediate occupation. Two of the rooms ranging from 100 sq ft to approximately 200 sq ft are suitable for general office use. There is a larger office suite which has been clinically treated ready for the use of a tattooist, masseuse, sports physician or beauty therapist and a smaller studio room acoustically treated with a sound proof sound booth.

A fully licensed bar, lounge, pool table, Sky TV, four screens, a radio show, two toilets, kitchen, free Wi-Fi and rates are included in the room hire for all clients. On-site is a recording and rehearsal facility used by many clients including local bands and large touring artists.

Based in the busy historical town of Hertford in Hertfordshire, this building is conveniently located near major road and public transport links to Central London including the A1, A10 and A414 and two rail links.
