This business centre is a modern, purpose built facility providing high quality office and studio/workshop space catering specifically for small businesses, built around an attractive courtyard with quiet landscaped areas. Space ranges from single person offices up to larger units capable of accommodating growing companies. Ample free parking is available for cars, motorbikes and bikes. Access to the centre is 24 hours and the centre is protected by CCTV and a security alarm and access system for added peace of mind. Offices are air-conditioned and have plenty of natural light. All spaces have the benefit of the use of the business lounge offering free Wi-Fi as well as the 4 meeting rooms and on-site café. Space is available on an “easy in – easy out” basis which means your commitment is never more than a month although you may stay as long as you wish. These flexible arrangements also permit you to easily increase or decrease the amount of space that you occupy. This centre can cater for short-term requirements as well as project offices, overflow offices or temporary space in the event of disaster recovery and crisis management situations. To make life as simple as possible, you pay 1 single monthly payment by Direct Debit which includes everything except your business rates (which if included would result in you not receiving any rate relief you would be entitled to)
