This centre opened in 2007 and is the jewel in this business park's crown. Stunning glazed walls give way to contemporary suites. Bright and stylish break-out areas are accompanied by comprehensive conferencing and meeting room facilities, which cater for up to 250 lecture style, and are available for hire by the hour, half-day and day. The appropriate data, mechanical and electrical services are provided, alongside top-quality employee amenities, such as ample car parking space and convenient on-site retail and leisure facilities. Careful landscaping, parkland and stunning water features have been combined to create a dynamic working environment for staff as well as creating a great first impression to clients.

Office location

One of the centre's greatest strengths is its location. Positioned in the heart of Scotland’s Central Belt, the park boasts excellent links for all forms of transport, to all parts of Scotland and beyond. Strategically positioned adjacent to the A725 dual carriageway, the M74 and M8 are both a very short distance away.
