The monthly payment includes business rates, utilities, broadband (subject to conditions of fair use), telephone line rental including direct dial number, a desk, executive chair, pedestal drawer unit, telephone, your business name at entrance, with separate mail box and a telephone answering service. Additional services are available upon request such as separate call charge billing for each direct dial number (at cost plus 15% service charge), a full range of bureau services, including outgoing mail, fax, emailing, photocopying/printing, document binding and other secretarial services.
