Office Summary

This historic landmark has been sensitively refurbished and retains many period features, including exposed brickwork, Victorian steels and even some of machinery as a nod to the past. All of which makes this a thoroughly inspiring and memorable business location. The spacious serviced offices are available in various sizes and we have incorporated some excellent facilities, including wi fi equipped communal areas, tea points and meeting rooms. Plus you have the cafes, shops and other facilities of Ancoats on your doorstep. The Ancoats industrial area in the centre of Manchester has been spectacularly redeveloped to create a new commercial and residential community.

Office Location

The business centre overlooks the newly renovated Rochdale Canal and is close to the central area, as wells as to Piccadilly and Victoria stations. Royal Mills sits within the Ancoats Urban Village which is a mixed development, incorporating contemporary apartments, offices and an array of small bars, cafes and shops.
