Our first US Golden Ticket winner of 2012 – Donna Rae McIntosh, Premier Business Centers, Washington.

Every quarter we ask our staff to nominate a person that they have really enjoyed working with. An Operator who has gone the extra mile to get the deal done. Last Quarter the Golden Ticket award went to Debbie Van Dyne of Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services. Donna is the next operator to grab the limelight due to her exceptional efforts.

We love working with all our Operators, they all do a brilliant job but the feedback from our staff for Donna really stood out.

Shawnee Kennedy, one of our senior consultants in the US says of her “Donna works closely with Instant to make sure we can best match the office with the client.”

Shawnee goes on to say “She is not only responsive to potential leads but goes out of her way to make sure they know the benefits of her center. She communicates with Instant and works with me to get the deal closed! ”

And finally Shawnees adds “It is a pleasure to work leads with her! ” Donna was “..ecstatic and flattered ” when we told her that she had won the Golden Ticket award and said it was a “..wonderful acknowledgement.”

She went on to talk about how closely she works with our US consultants “It’s really a team effort combined with Shawnee Kennedy's consistent follow-up to fulfil the client’s needs and close the deal! What a fantastic start to the New Year!”

Well done Donna. Lets keep working together and make sure that the whole of 2012 turns out to be as fantastic as it has started.
