We are very excited about this quarter’s winner of our Operator Golden Ticket Award. Just as a reminder, every month at Instant we celebrate success and outstanding contributions to our business with a 'Golden Ticket' prize for great colleagues who have been amazing in their role during that month. This is now our third quarter in extending this to all of you and awarding the winner our Operator Golden Ticket for your outstanding contributions.

The Instant team put forward their nominations each quarter and we are pleased to see these increasing. This is all about nominating those of you who are great to work with, exceed expectations, and who work closely with us to ensure the deals gets done.

We're delighted to announce that the winner of our UK Operator Golden Ticket for October 2011 goes to Dan Kavanagh at Executive Office Group. Dan received many nominations from the team who said "Dan has closed some excellent deals for us recently and is always the consummate professional , proactive and awesome with every lead. His communication is exemplary and he is always looking for the angle to get the deal done and is persistent in getting them done too."

Dan adds: "Having built a strong relationship with a number of the Instant team, I am now starting to see just how dedicated they are. Their knowledge of the City market, coupled with their excellent communication with both myself & the client, has led to a far higher number of deals. I’m over the moon to have won the Golden Ticket and my thanks go to the Instant Team for all their help."

Dan is the lucky recipient of his Operator Golden Ticket trophy and gift. Well done and congratulations from us all.

We would also like to say a huge well done to our runner up - Ally Micul at City Executive Centres who the team say is "always on top of the leads, thinks outside the box to be able to accommodate the client in any way possible, is eager and enthusiastic and we love working with her".
