Every month at Instant we celebrate success and outstanding contributions to our business with a 'Golden Ticket' prize for great colleagues who have been amazing in their role during that month. We've now decided to extend this to all of you and offer an Operator Golden Ticket for outstanding contributions from you.

The Operator award is made quarterly, with nominations coming from Instant team members. Their brief is to put forward those of you who are great to work with, exceed expectations, and are willing to work closely with us to ensure the deal gets done.

We're pleased to announce that the winner of the award for the UK, for July 2011, is Elise Chownes-Dove from Ventia who has gone out of her way to work with us on deals this month and keep us updated at all times.

Elise says she is delighted with the award: "I would like to say how brilliant your team have been over some of the deals we have been working on. It really does make a difference when you work so closely with a broker and work in partnership. It certainly enables more deals to be done."

We'd all like to say well done to Elise, and we hope she enjoys the special spa pampering package from Instant as a result of her win.



We'd also like to offer congratulations to July's runner-up Simon Cleaver from Executive Offices Group. It's been brilliant working with Simon on several deals recently and he is exemplary in his sales approach.
