Our first UK Golden Ticket winner of 2012 is the ‘amazing' Mel Schembri

Every quarter we ask our staff to nominate a person that they have really enjoyed working with. An Operator who has gone the extra mile to get the deal done. Last Quarter the Golden Ticket award went to Dan Kavanagh of the Executive Offices Group. This time round the winner is Mel Schembri.

All of our operators do a brilliant job but the feedback for Mel from i2 Office really stood out.

“She is amazing, always on it, always follows up and keeps you in the loop of what is going on. Very easy to work with.” is just one of the many comments we received about Mel.”

It’s safe to say that Mel was quite excited when we told her that she’d won "It's very exciting to be recognised by Instant and is a real honour.  I am thrilled to bits."

After she had calmed down a bit she went on to add “...I have always found dealing with Instant to be a real pleasure and find that they go the extra mile to ensure they understand the client's needs and are always on hand to help work to close the deals efficiently, quickly and profitably.”

She went on to say “Working closely with the team at Instant I have managed to close some great deals with them in the last few months. I find that Instant have an excellent understanding of the type of business i2 Office is and what we can provide for our clients.”
