GVA came to Instant with one such requirement: their client was planning a move to new offices in New Change Court for June this year, but following the acquisition of a new division, they needed swing space to house around 60 people as close to Cheapside as possible.

GVA, the retained agent, worked closely with Instant to find the best solution – a pre-let within Business Environment Group’s brand new 107 Cheapside offices for 3 months.

In a similar deal, Instant worked with Drivers Jonas Deloitte to find temporary offices in High Holborn for their business consultancy client, Deloitte. As part of a rationalisation of their portfolio strategy, Deloitte needed to house 150 staff for 18 months, close to their other offices in the Holborn area; Instant were able to identify the Orega High Holborn serviced office as ideal, both in terms of the location and the speed with which they could accommodate the teams. The deal was concluded just before Christmas and all staff have now settled in to their new space.
