Two new research reports from Instant expected in September 2012!


Instant's Head of Research, Branton Moore, is extremely busy at the moment preparing two new reports. I'm sure you will have seen already the great research documents contained within our Resource Centre, where these new reports will soon be added.

The first report, expected early in September, is the North America Executive Suite Review Q3 2012. This report is a short review of North America’s 20 largest markets for executive suites. The report will provide information on changes to center growth and average workstation rates in these markets. We will also be identifying the 10 largest providers in the region as well as interesting facts from these markets.

August 23rd 2012 

The second report, expected later in the month of September, is the Emerging Market Serviced Office Review. This report will take an in-depth look at the growth and availability of serviced offices in the world’s emerging markets. The report will provide details on availability and indicative rates of serviced offices in over 100 different cities in 59 countries throughout Latin America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.  We will also provide several case studies on how flexible office solutions have been able to overcome challenges for corporate clients in addition to useful tips and points to consider when doing business in these markets. The report will be the most comprehensive reference of its kind, and serve as a valuable resource for any business looking to utilise flexible offices in these challenging markets.
