Good news for

Borough Council, who have published the report, say that 2009 saw the largest
office value in Warrington to date, with 15,000 sq ft let to the Home Office, a

According to
the report, the average rental size has more than doubled since 2008, and a high number of SMEs with fast growth plans have been attracted to
renting Warrington offices, taking advantage of rent free periods on offer.
