Everyone here at Instant would like to extend our congratulations to two of our team members who have recently been promoted to Senior Consultants. Dave Marcuson and Jess Tafreshi were recently promoted following a tough interview round. Both demonstrated great tenacity in their presentations for stepping up to be a Senior Consultant and have been outstanding in their first month in their new roles. “I was so excited to get promoted and it’s been a whirlwind of a month,” he says. “One of the great benefits of being a Senior is getting to work on the bigger opportunities, which I love. Right now my main focus is getting out to see more of our operators and getting to know you all much better. This is particularly relevant since I have moved to work on the North East region and the West End in London.

We are planning trips to the regions and will be kicking these off with the North West Area, so I will hopefully be meeting many of you starting in Liverpool in August."

“It was amazing to hear I’d been promoted having been at Instant for just less than 18 months. I am now going to be working on the South West region which will be a new area but will still be working hard on the City on larger leads.
